Chicken Parmesan Burgers October 13, 2011

These were awesome, again super easy, every one liked them! I think the best part was cooking on the stove and finishing in the oven. For once chicken burgers weren’t dry (I have always cooked them on the BBQ). I used ground turkey breast instead of the chicken. The garlic rub on the toasted bun was yummy, works great on beef dip too!

    So check out the recipe for Banana Streusel Bread on Joy of Baking, the one using Werther’s
    Caramels. I tried it and it’s amazing. Something different to do with all those bananas!

    The chicken burger looks great btw but can’t wait for the lemon chicken post!
