What with like 5 ingredients and about 10 minutes, I really didn’t think this would be a winner. I have often made this type of recipe, with way more ingredients, and much less success. The whole family just went on about how tasty and light it was and what great flavor (don’t get me wrong, I thought it was good too) it had. Nice for a cold winter night with a good loaf of french bread ( and enough garlic to kick any cold or flu bug in the butt).
