Happy to report, this one hit it out of the park. The marinate on the steak was perfect, not too much, but the Ragout was fabulous!! Must try, Must try!! I have done mushrooms on steak, but with the caramelized onions it was over the top. Potato wedges were soooo good, kids and adults loved, could have made way more. Asparagus was nice too, good flavor, would have been great warm or cold. Best comment was “Oh F*@%, this is yummy” (from Lance, not the boys), and when asked what I might do different, was told “make more”. After his second plate, Lance actually went and ate the leftovers on the stove-top right out of the pans, that was a first….. so, great reviews, and great meal.
