This was one of those great meals for when everyone is coming and going and eating at different times. Kept it warm in the oven for over two hours to accommodate our schedules. Tasted really good, nice and hearty, kids all loved it, and so did the friends they had for dinner. Adults loved it too, it also tasted great the next day reheated. Great winter food!

This pasta definitely appeals to me! Looks easy and delicious.. Did you actually use ground sirloin or regular plain old beef??
Just lean ground beef, but I think this would work well with ground sausage or chicken too.
